Full course description
The focus of this course is primarily technical strategic analysis. You undertake an in-depth analysis of an industry structure, the pros and cons of different strategic positions, and a diagnosis of the sources of competitive advantage. Issues of strategy implementation and decision making under uncertainty are also covered.
